Rental Requirements

  • Minimum Duration: A minimum of 2-day rental is required for weekends.
  • Pick-up and Return Times: Equipment can be picked up at 1 PM the day before the rental period begins and must be returned by 12 PM the day after the rental period ends.
  • Delivery: Free delivery is available within 15 miles for weekly rentals or for orders with 10 or more radios.
  • Responsibility: Renters are fully responsible for the proper care, use, and return of the equipment.
  • Damages and Loss: Any lost or damaged rental equipment will incur charges at the regular daily rental rate until the items are returned or the replacement fee is fully paid.
