We repair all major two-way radio brands, including Motorola, Icom, Kenwood, Vertex, Hytera/HYT, BlackBox, Ritron, and Tekk. Portables, mobiles, and repeaters are all handled in our Santa Ana repair center. Our flat-rate repairs include parts and labor, so pricing is transparent and there are no surprises.

How it works
Estimate and approval
We run a full bench test and send you an estimate. Work starts only after you approve it. 90% of repairs fall within Level 1 or 2 pricing.
Return shipment
We ship your radios back free by standard ground. Next-day shipping is available at cost, or pick up at our Santa Ana shop.
Repair levels
Your price depends on two things: whether the radio is analog or digital, and whether it has a display. Every price is a flat rate per radio.
Analog radio, no display
Analog radio with a display or keypad, and analog mobiles
Digital radio, no display
Digital radio with a display, and digital mobiles
Advanced digital radio with a full display (MOTOTRBO XPR series)
P25 public-safety radio (priced by model; parts and labor run higher)
Broken case?
If the housing is cracked or damaged, the repair includes a new case. Priced by model, and it's the only extra charge.
Just want it to look new?
If the radio works and you only want a new case, we offer a discounted recase-only price by model.
Nothing wrong? $25
If we find no problem, a $25 diagnostic fee covers the bench test and alignment. No fee when the radio needs a repair.

Factory authorized warranty service
As a certified Icom and Kenwood repair center, we handle warranty repairs no matter where you bought the radio. Include a copy of your original invoice or receipt with the radio.

Installation
Mobiles, base stations, and repeaters installed at our shop or at your location. Technicians dispatch at $125 per hour with a 2-hour minimum.
Repeaters and duplexers
Two-way radio repeater repairs start at $250, and duplexer tuning is $125.
