Three-Step Repair Process

  1. Submit a Request: Begin by completing our repair request form and send your radio to us.
  2. Estimation and Authorization: We conduct a full bench test of your radio and provide an estimate for the repair. Work begins only after your authorization. Note: 90% of repairs fall within our Level 1 or 2 pricing.
  3. Return Shipment: After repairs, we return your equipment using your preferred shipping carrier.

Five-Level Repair Pricing

  • Level 1 ($95): Suitable for most 1-2 watt business two-way radios.
  • Level 2 ($125): Covers 4-5 watt commercial grade radios without a LCD display.
  • Level 3 ($175): Applicable for 4-5 watt commercial/professional radios with display.
  • Level 4 ($225): Designed for 4-5 watt commercial/professional high tier analog or digital portable/mobile radios.
  • Level 5 ($225+): Encompasses high tier portables, mobiles, and repeaters.

Factory Authorized Warranty Service Center

As a certified Icom and Kenwood repair center, we provide warranty services regardless of where you purchased your equipment. Please include a copy of your original invoice or receipt when sending in your warranty radio.

Current Special Promotion

Send in two radios requiring repairs, and pay only for one! This offer applies only to radios needing repairs. Note: Additional fees may apply for intrinsically safe, water submersible, and display models.

Additional Services

  • Front Panel Recase: For radios with cracked or damaged cases, we offer a re-casing service which includes labor and replacement of the front housing unit.
  • Programming: We offer programming services for new or existing radios, using either your existing frequencies or new ones provided by us. Contact us for pricing.
  • Installation Services: We provide installation services for any mobile, base station, or repeater, either at our shop or at your location. Our technicians are available for dispatch at $125 per hour with a 2-hour minimum.

Note: We do not service HAM and CB radios.

Our repair center is fully equipped and staffed, ensuring most repairs are completed and shipped back within 1-2 business days. With over 500 trade-ins processed each month, we maintain a comprehensive stock of parts and offer some of the lowest prices available.
