The Pryme LNK-11-ZU LINK Gateway Cable provides a convenient way to connect a compatible two-way radio system with the Zello Push-to-Talk (PTT) app on an Android device. Designed to bridge traditional radio communications with cellular-based push-to-talk, this cable allows audio received on the two-way radio to be broadcast through Zello and audio received through the Android device to be transmitted over the radio system.
Setup involves connecting the cable to the compatible radio and an Android phone or tablet with a 3.5mm, 4-conductor audio jack. For proper operation, the radio must be programmed for VOX and have VOX enabled on the selected channel. Audio levels on both devices may need adjustment to achieve optimal sound quality.
